ART PRINTS:
I print all my artwork from my home studio in Seattle, WA.
I print on demand, using fine art, archival, acid, and lignin-free high-quality art paper. I tested lots of papers to find the best quality. My favorite paper that I use is MOAB Legion paper 300 GSM. The print quality on this paper looks like traditional media. So beautiful!
I print all my artwork from my home studio in Seattle, WA., using my high-quality professional printer, canon pro-1000.
SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING:
When I opened my shop, it was very important that have my packing as eco-friendly as possible. I did a lot of research because I'm an eco-conscious, environmentally aware shopper myself. And it's important that the products and packaging I put out into the world align with my values and love for our planet. I try my best to purchase from companies that share my values and am always looking for more ways to improve my carbon footprint!
-
I chose noissue because of their eco-friendly packaging and dedication to creating more sustainable, functional, high-quality packaging.
-
I use the Noissue water-activated tape because it is biodegradable.
-
I designed my thank you cards as mini prints and bookmarks to reuse or re-gift them. or hang up as a small print.
-
I designed tissue paper so that you can reuse it. I always love to keep pretty tissue paper and reuse it.
-
I use eco-friendly rigid cardboard mailers. They are recyclable, and by choosing a ridged mailer, I'm able to eliminate additional backing.
-
I use eco-friendly thank you stickers that I designed from noissue, printed with soy-based inks.
Other areas I'm continuing to find better solutions for:
I use cello bags to protect my art prints during shipments from any water damage. The supplier I use offers biodegradable cello bags that I'm looking to add to my shop in the future when I use up what I have. Some shop owners don't use any cover on their artwork, which I'm considering, but I had a few instances where customers had told me this plastic sleeve protected their art print when the mailer got wet. I'm still researching and working hard to find a good solution. :)
